Welcome to CAMDID. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CAMDID, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

CAMDID is a marketplace connecting brands with content creators for user-generated content (UGC) projects. We facilitate the posting of briefs, submission of proposals, and secure payment processing through our escrow system.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• One person may only maintain one account (either as a Brand or Creator)

4. For Brands

• Briefs must accurately describe project requirements and expectations
• Payment must be funded to escrow before project work begins
• You must review and respond to deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Approved content grants you the usage rights as specified in the project contract

5. For Creators

• You must accurately represent your skills, experience, and portfolio
• Content must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights
• Deliverables must meet the requirements specified in the brief
• A 10% platform fee applies to all completed projects

6. Payments and Escrow

• All payments are processed through our secure escrow system
• Funds are released to creators upon brand approval of deliverables
• Creators receive payouts within 24 hours of approval
• Disputes are handled according to our dispute resolution process

7. Content Rights

Upon approval and payment, brands receive the content rights as specified in the project contract. Standard contracts include perpetual, worldwide, commercial usage rights for the approved content.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Circumvent the platform to conduct transactions directly
• Submit fraudulent content or misrepresent capabilities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
• Use the platform for illegal purposes

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time through account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

CAMDID provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the quality of content, disputes between users, or any indirect damages arising from platform use.
