Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click 'Get Started' and choose whether you're a Brand or Creator. Fill in your details and verify your email to activate your account.

What's the difference between Brand and Creator accounts?

Brand accounts can post briefs and hire creators. Creator accounts can browse briefs, submit proposals, and earn money creating content.

Is CAMDID free to use?

It's free for brands to post briefs and browse creators. Creators pay a 10% platform fee only on completed projects.

Payments & Billing

How does escrow payment work?

When a brand hires a creator, the payment is held securely in escrow. Funds are only released to the creator after the brand approves the delivered content.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets through our payment partner. All transactions are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

How fast do creators get paid?

Creators receive payment within 24 hours of milestone approval. Payments can be withdrawn to bank accounts or mobile wallets.

Managing Projects

How do I post a brief?

Go to your dashboard, click 'New Project', fill in the details including requirements, budget, and deadline, then publish your brief.

How many revisions are included?

Standard projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions. You can specify additional revision requirements in your brief.

What if I'm not satisfied with the content?

Request revisions through the platform. If issues persist, contact our support team and we'll help mediate through our dispute resolution process.

Policies & Rights

Who owns the content created?

Upon project completion and full payment, brands receive perpetual usage rights for the content. Creators retain the right to display work in their portfolio.

Can I use the content for ads?

Yes, standard projects include ad usage rights. If you need extended commercial rights, specify this in your brief or discuss with the creator.

What are the community guidelines?

All users must maintain professional conduct, deliver quality work, and communicate respectfully. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password.

How can I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Deactivate Account. Note that this will remove all your data and cannot be undone.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Troubleshooting

Why can't I upload my video?

Check that your file is under 1.5GB (1500MB), in MP4/MOV format, and has a stable internet connection. Try refreshing the page if issues persist.

I'm not receiving verification emails

Check your spam folder first. If still missing, click 'Resend verification' on the login page or contact support.

My payment didn't go through

Verify your card details and ensure sufficient funds. If the issue continues, try a different payment method or contact your bank.
