At CAMDID, we strive to ensure fair and transparent transactions between brands and creators. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled on our platform.

Escrow Payment System

CAMDID uses a secure escrow payment system. When a brand hires a creator, the payment is held in escrow until the work is completed and approved. This protects both parties throughout the transaction.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds

Brands may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • The creator fails to deliver any content by the agreed deadline
  • The creator becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days after project initiation
  • The delivered content is fundamentally different from the brief requirements
  • Technical issues on our platform prevent project completion

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Only part of the agreed deliverables have been completed satisfactorily
  • Both parties agree to reduce the scope of the project
  • The delivered content requires significant revisions beyond the agreed revision rounds

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will typically not be issued when:

  • The brand has approved the delivered content
  • The content meets the brief requirements but the brand changes their mind
  • The brand fails to provide necessary materials or feedback within agreed timelines
  • The brand cancels after the creator has already begun work

Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement about a refund, our support team will mediate the dispute. Both parties will have the opportunity to present their case, and we will make a fair decision based on the evidence provided, including the original brief, communications, and delivered content.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through your dashboard or contact support
  2. Provide details about why you're requesting a refund
  3. Our team will review the request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Refunds are returned to the original payment method

Creator Protection

We also protect creators from unfair refund requests. If a brand attempts to abuse the refund system, their account may be subject to review and potential suspension.
